1. About YogVritti

YogVritti ("we," "us," or "our") is an online yoga and wellness platform that provides AI-powered yoga practice guidance, educational content, personalized sequences, and related wellness services through our website at yogvritti.com and associated applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

• All content on the Platform — including text, images, illustrations, videos, audio, sequences, AI-generated content, logos, and design — is the property of YogVritti or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India and international jurisdictions.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Platform.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.

• Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and features will be clearly displayed before purchase.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card details.
• For Indian users: Payments comply with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and applicable GST regulations.
• Refund policies will be communicated at the time of purchase. Generally, digital services are non-refundable once accessed, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 (or USD 100), whichever is lower.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including under the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YogVritti, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
• Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
• For international users: These Terms are governed by Indian law. If mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide additional protections, those shall apply to the extent required.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email.
