1. Sit in Dandasana (Staff Pose).

2. Bend right knee, place right foot outside left knee.

3. Keep left leg extended straight.

4. Inhale, lengthen the spine.

5. Exhale and twist to the right.

6. Place left hand on outside of right knee.
7
7. Right hand behind on the floor for support.
8
8. Keep shoulders level.
9
9. Hold for 5-8 breaths.
10
10. Repeat on the other side.
